HUPARTS Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing HUPARTS! We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. To protect your rights, we offer warranty services for most of our products. Please review the following details:

1. Warranty Period

  • Most of our products come with a minimum 6-month warranty.
  • Some products include a 1-year warranty, while others offer a 2-year warranty.
  • Certain original products may not be eligible for warranty coverage due to their specific nature.
  • Please refer to the product page for the exact warranty details applicable to your purchase.

2. Warranty Services

During the warranty period, if your product has a quality issue, we will provide:

  • Free repair: Conducted by our professional technical team.
  • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same model (subject to availability).

3. Shipping Policy (Critical Information)

All shipping costs associated with warranty services are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customers must cover the cost of sending the product to our service center. Once the product is repaired or replaced, customers are also responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • Responsibility clarification: Shipping costs are explicitly the customer’s obligation and are not covered under the warranty terms. Failure to pay shipping fees will result in the inability to process the warranty claim.
  • Attempts to dispute this policy through chargebacks or payment disputes with financial institutions or PayPal are baseless and constitute an abuse of buyer protection systems. This policy is stated clearly at the time of purchase and remains legally binding. We reserve the right to take further action if such disputes arise.

4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover the following scenarios:

  • Damage caused by improper or abnormal use (e.g., accidental damage, misuse).
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear of any items.
  • Labor for installing, removing, or inspecting any product.
  • Replacement rentals, downtime, machine damage, production loss, or incidental damages resulting from part failure or poor workmanship.

Note: Any tampering with or disassembly of components will void the warranty.

5. Warranty Evaluation for New Products

For new products that experience issues within the 1-year warranty period, they will be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty evaluation. Please note that the warranty evaluation process conducted by the original manufacturer may take an extended period of time.
