HSM300 Synchronous Module is a special design for Genset automatic parallel. On the basis of the parameters, the module automatically tests the conditions of paralleling (pressure difference, frequency difference, and phase) and sends a parallel signal when the conditions meet parallel requirements.

CHARACTERISTICS:

An adjustable potentiometer allows for setting the main parameters of synchronizing.
The operating parameters can be set via upper computer test software. LINK port should be connected to the upper computer via SG72 module (USB to LINK)
4 relays output, 2 relays are used for UP output, DOWN output, 1 SYNC relay is used for sync close output, 1 STATUS relay is used for status output after the close;

When the conditions meet the requirements for parallel operation, the module sends a parallel signal. The HSM300HSM300 Synchronous Module operates on a power supply of DC (8-35)V and has compact dimensions of 71.6*89.7*60.7(mm). It can withstand a wide range of operating temperatures from -25 to +70 degrees Celsius. Additionally, with its lightweight construction weighing only 0.2kg, it is easy to install and handle. One of the notable characteristics of this module is its compatibility with various systems, including 3-phase 4-wire, 3-phase 3-wire, 2-phase 3-wire, and single-phase 2-wire systems. It supports a frequency of 50/60/Hz, making it suitable for a range of applications. The HSM300HSM300 Synchronous Module provides flexibility in adjusting the main parameters of synchronizing through an adjustable potentiometer. The operating parameters can also be set using upper computer test software. To connect the module to an upper computer, the LINK port should be connected via the SG72 module (USB to LINK). For relay outputs, the HSM300HSM300 Synchronous Module features four relays. Two relays are dedicated to UP output and DOWN output respectively. One SYNC relay is used for sync close output, and one STATUS relay is used for status output after the close. The module also includes one INH digital input which inhibits the sync close relay output when the input is active and gens synchronize with the bus. The SYNC indicator illuminates when the sync close relay is inhibited. The module is designed with user convenience in mind.
